The Sharman Quinney Group is of one of the region’s largest estate agency networks with 24 branches across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Essex and Rutland.
Established in 1989 the group consists of Sharman Quinney, Pattison Lane, Kevin Henry and Hurfords. With this experience and success; we enjoy a reputation for both results and customer service.
Our range of estate agency services within the group has evolved over the years, with mortgages, conveyancing, lettings, surveys, wills and probate. However, our core business remains selling and letting property and of course, getting people moving!

Having been in the property industry from a young age, it was in 1989 when Mike Sharman opened the first Sharman Quinney branch in Peterborough.

After many successful years leading the mortgage division as Mortgage Services Director, Chris Rowson was appointed Managing Director at the end of 2021; giving Mike the new title of Executive Chairman.
