The Reynolds and Reynolds Associate Foundation was created in 1956 when Dayton employees pooled donations together as a way to help local charities. It is now the longest standing associate-run charitable foundation in the United States.
The Associate Foundation holds four in-kind donation drives a year to collect goods for local charities. Examples include non-perishable food items, books, and winter coats. The Foundation also sponsors the annual Habitat for Humanity build, works with local VA Medical centers, Food Banks, and much more!
