Wez joined our team 15 years ago as a tyre fitter. He worked hard, developing both his communication & hands-on skills and soon got promoted to customer service advisor and then assistant manager at our Nottingham branch.
Always a friendly, positive member of the team his efforts didn't go unnoticed. Last year, we needed a branch manager to run our brand new Beeston branch. This large branch was kitted out with new workshops which had the latest technology & equipment. Rather than recruit an experience branch manager from another company we decided to promote Wez to be the branch manager. Wez is doing a great job managing the branch, building a new base of customers and maintaining our high standards. He's a great example of how you can advance your career as part of the Eden team.

Celebrating 20 years in the Eden team
Many of our team have been with us for years. This year, Michael, Jon & Ian all celebrate their 20 year anniversaries.
Michael joined as a tyre fitter and is now our Derby branch manager, one of our largest & most successful branches. Jon joined as a branch manager and has now progressed to be regional operations manager, working across all 19 of our locations. Ian has been our Somercotes branch manager for 20 years. Somercotes has been a thriving, busy branch for many years and Ian has become part of the local community.
These guys are great examples of the fact that a job with us can be the start of a career for life.
