GHK Catering were established in July 2015 by Gradyn who with many years experience in the catering and hospitality industry, now provides event catering in the South West.

Gradyn has previously worked in Pubs and Restaurants with up to 2 Rosettes, so we strive on providing a very high quality service and product, regardless of the occasion. We provide everything from our BBQ’s, Buffets, Sit Down Menus and even Hog Roast Packages.

In March 2017 we took over The Catering Pavilion which is located at The Prestigious David Broome Event Centre where we provide our high quality catering services to all those that visit. Our Kitchen team are there during all busy periods/events and they are overseen by our management team who have a combined 17 years in the industry. We shall continue to serve all competitors, staff and spectators that visit the David Broome Event Centre nr Chepstow, but in addition, we are able to provide other services to the public that are not connected to the shows that are held at the Event Centre.

At the Pavilion we have a fully equipped kitchen that allows us to provide an à la carte menu for the Restaurant as well as Breakfast for our cafe and bar
