About BISCUITEERS
Biscuiteers was founded in 2007 with the tagline ‘Why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?’. Husband and wife co-founders Harriet Hastings and Stevie Congdon wanted to create a whole new way to gift, something personal and with real craftmanship. Launching initially online the business is multi award winning and 15 years later has delighted over 450,000 customers in 115 countries.
We specialise in hand-iced biscuits and have developed a team of biscuit artists who work with us to create collections for every gifting occasion. Our HQ, The Ministry of Biscuits, is based in Colliers Wood, near Wimbledon and we ice X million biscuits a year. Alongside housing our bakery, icing hall and patisserie kitchen, its also home to our main office, townhall and garden.
As well as selling via our website, we also have a growing corporate & B2B team and have created beautiful bespoke creations for a host of fantastic partners including Dior, Gucci, Apple, Cartier and Tiffany. We’re also stocked in the UK’s leading luxury department stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, Daylesford and Harvey Nichols.
In 2012 we opened the world’s first Biscuit Boutique and Icing Café in Notting Hill. Here we host classes at our School of Icing and offer beautiful patisserie in our Afternoon Tea. Our events proved so popular we opened our flagship events space and second icing café in Belgravia in 2021.
Our mission is to create a world of thoughtful gifters, one iced biscuit at a time and we’re always looking for new members of the Biscuiteers family to join us on this mission!
