Dollar Self Storage is the operating trade name of self-storage properties managed by Stadium Properties, LLC. Stadium Properties, LLC is a privately held, fully integrated, entrepreneurial real estate company that develops and operates income producing real estate assets in Arizona, California and Nevada. Stadium Properties opened its first self-storage facility in 1996 located in Tucson, AZ. Today it owns and operates 22 storage locations with plans to develop and expand its presence throughout the southwest.

Our goal is to deliver an affordable, clean and secure storage option for our customers. We are committed to value by providing attractive yet functional state-of-the art facilities that compliment local communities and its citizens.
