The Electric Car Scheme helps people switch to electric cars. We set up salary sacrifice schemes for small businesses to allow their employees access to electric cars in the cheapest way possible. Employees can save 30%- 60% on any electric car by leasing it through their employer - paying out of their salary before tax.
The UK government is supporting the switch to electric by providing these tax incentives. The Electric Car Scheme makes it hassle-free, risk-free, and cost-free for small businesses to pass on these savings to their employees.

Our foundersOur founders Tom & Thom setup The Electric Car Scheme in 2020 because the government tax incentives were hard to access. In April 2020 the government created a tax incentive to help employees choose electric cars, go green, and save their income tax.
We looked at setting this up for our business, but came away really disappointed.
So we decided to set up The Electric Car Scheme.
