Founded in Western Australia in 2005, Mader quickly forged a reputation in the industry as the experts in mobile and fixed plant maintenance.

Today, we are a leading, global equipment maintenance provider, with more than 1,600 staff operating across four continents.

Mader expanded to the United States in 2018, opening our first office in Colorado, to provide maintenance support across the Mid-West. Since then, we have expanded to deliver a diversified range of maintenance solutions, with our arms extending across North America.

In 2021, we were proud to officially launch operations in Canada. With initial workscope secured, Mader intend to expand nationally to support customers in all key mining regions.

Mader work across several states and commodities, so no two days are ever the same! We will give you the opportunity to expand your knowledge across a wide range of fleets. These fleets include surface and underground equipment. There’s no make or model we don’t service!

The work you’ll carry out on day-to-day basis could include troubleshooting, diagnostics, major component change outs and preventative maintenance.

Your schedule can vary, with day shifts, night shifts, weekend work and everything in between possible. If you are an adaptable, flexible person who enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction, Mader is the team for you!
