So who are we? We are a fast growing residential childcare company based in the North West England and West Yorkshire. We began with only 5 homes and in 2022 we stand proud with 52 homes and over 100 children and young people safely in our care. Our unique approach to care uses a purpose-built therapeutic model designed by leading therapists and supported by our Clinical Director, Claire. We have an Ofsted rating of 95% 'Good' or 'Oustanding' across our homes.

Why work with us? This industry is challenging yet rewarding with so many of our children and young people experiencing trauma at early development stages of their life. In many instances, we build a home environment that they may have never experienced, an extremely rewarding feeling.
