Verastar is a great place to work
We’re proud that people enjoy working here and are passionate about being part of our team. It’s the result of a workplace that is diverse, positive and inclusive. We care for each other’s well-being. And when one of us succeeds, we all do.
From our fabulous on-site facilities in our new modern offices, such as our gym, cafe, yoga studios and cinema room we make sure our teams are happy and healthy including our weekly yoga instructor and PT on site to help keep us in shape.
We're a social bunch and with our very own on site bar, we get plenty of opportunities to wind down after a hard day. We love a quiz night, the odd board game and our Wednesday BOGOF deal in the Verabar!
A great culture, working environment and fabulous benefits sound good to you?

We're on a mission to support the communities we live and work within and to give something back.
Recently out HR Team spent the day helping out at The Children's Adventure Farm Trust. The charity provides a variety of free visits and holidays for terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children from all over the North West. One team got their hands dirty digging an irrigation ditch to prevent flooding and dangerous icy patches in winter, while the other group packed away the spooky Halloween decorations and unpacked the festive Christmas gear.
From our white collar charity boxing matches, bake-offs and Christmas jumper days, to sponsoring local football teams we want to get involved and do our bit to help.
If you know of a charity or good cause that could benefit from a team of willing helpers, get in touch and let us know!

With 28 graduates starting across August and September, and a further 12 sales graduates set to join in January, we've significantly increased our investment in developing young talent which will support our ambitious five-year growth strategy.
We offer three programmes and career opportunities across business, technology and sales disciplines.
Our successful graduate programme has been running for 14 years and alumni of the scheme now hold senior leadership roles within the company.
CEO Lee Hull said: “We’ve seen our graduates have a huge impact on the business in recent years, so it makes perfect sense to increase our investment in that area. We’re boosting our talent pipeline while supporting even more young people to accelerate their careers. It’s a win-win situation! Our graduates get exposure to multiple areas of the business during the 18-month programme, giving them a unique understanding of the entire operation and the end-to-end customer journey. This experience sets them up for success in their own careers while enabling us to deliver an even better customer experience.”
Lee added: “There’s never been more competition for talent within the recruitment market, particularly in areas like Greater Manchester and Glasgow where we’re based. Sometimes businesses have to take responsibility themselves and invest in developing young talent in-house.
