Founded in 2003 and united under the Pacifica brand two years later, we’ve grown to become the largest domestic support services provider in the UK and a trusted name across Europe. With a reputation for excellence and a core resource of directly employed, experienced engineers, sales and support staff, our service offer includes repairs in and out of guarantee, warranty products, spares warehousing and product replacement.

With over 350,000 appliance repairs carried out every year, we visit and service 1 million customers and every day we have over 400 fully qualified engineers operating nationally, trusted by our customers and clients to visit their homes and carry out repairs.

At Pacifica we provide full in-house City and Guilds Assured training across all Domestic Appliance product types. We recognise the importance of bringing fresh, new talent into our industry and that's why we developed our Training programme; to offer a unique skill set and a career with longevity.
