Science, in particular biology, holds the key to many of the world's greatest challenges including climate change, renewable energy, antibiotics, cures for cancer, and solving the plastics crisis. But scientific research can be frustratingly slow. Singer Instruments make robots to help speed it up!
Staff are highly motivated by their global scientific impact, growing contribution to breakthroughs in human health and renewable energies, and a shared value for company culture. Table football in the staff room, boule in the Japanese garden, and table tennis and barbeques on the deck form part of Singer’s working ethos. The atmosphere is relaxed, attitudes are positive, and nobody wears a suit. Work should be fun, so Singer take any opportunity we can to celebrate success.
